摘要

教育强国指教育综合实力、服务能力和影响力等具有世界比较优势的国家,具有引领性、自主性和开放性三个基本特征.教育强国的崛起以教育新理念为行动指引、以新赛道为突破口、以"干中学"为驱动模式.文本指出,为实现教育强国建设目标,我国应着力办好优质均衡的基础教育、世界一流的高等教育、独具特色的STEM教育,重点加强高水平人才自主培养,提升教育国际交流合作质量,全面加强教师队伍建设.

Abstract

A leading country in education is a country with global comparative advantages in terms of comprehensive strength,service capabilities,and educational influence.It has three basic characteristics:leadership,autonomy,and openness.The rise of a leading country in education is guided by the new concept of education,with the new track as the breakthrough,and driven by the model of"learning by doing".In order to build China into a leading country in education,we should focus on high-quality and balanced basic education,world-class higher education,and unique STEM education,strengthen the independent training of high-level talent,carry out international exchange and cooperation in education,and comprehensively strengthen the training of teachers.
