摘要
党的十八大以来,习近平总书记高度重视我国教育事业,作出一系列关于教育的重要论述,坚持把教育作为国之大计、党之大计.习近平总书记在中共中央政治局第五次集体学习时强调,要加快建设教育强国,为中华民族伟大复兴提供有力支撑.建设教育强国是习近平总书记关于教育重要论述的战略指向,是全面建成社会主义现代化强国的战略先导,具有重大战略意义.加快建设教育强国亟须构建科学、完善、具有中国特色的指标体系.文本以习近平总书记关于教育的重要论述为指导,以中国式现代化和中国特色社会主义教育发展为目标,全面阐述中国式现代化对建设教育强国提出的新要求和教育强国战略的基本思想内容,在比较研究国际组织教育评估体系及其他国家和地区教育评估体系先进经验的基础上,从国民教育指标体系、终身教育指标体系、高质量发展指标体系、教育投入与保障指标体系、中国特色指标体系五个方面出发,为建构新时代教育强国指标体系提出建议.
Abstract
Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,President Xi Jinping has attached great importance to Chinese education and has put forward a series of important discourses regarding education.During the fifth plenary session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on May 29,2023,Xi Jinping pointed out the importance of building an educationally strong nation,and emphasized the need to accelerate the process of building China into a leading country in education.Building an educationally strong nation serves as a strategic guideline for comprehensively building China into a strong modernized socialist country.Therefore,it is imperative to establish a scientific and complete education index system with Chinese characteristics.Based on current situation,this article analyzes the new requirements posed by Chinese modernization,explores the fundamental ideological content of an educationally strong nation,and then,based on a comparison with the advanced experiences of international organizational education assessment systems,provides recommendations for constructing a new era education index system for an educationally strong nation from five aspects:national education,lifelong education indicator system,high-quality development indicator system,education input and guarantee,and Chinese characteristics.
