New quality productivity is productivity in which scientific and technological innovation plays a leading role.The emergence of new quality productivity will actively promote the innovative development of the national economy.Based on the basic principles of the relationship between quantitative change and qualitative change,this study believes that the quantitative change foundation that breeds the new quality productivity is the large and mature domestic market,and the key element is high-quality labor.Both explosive and incremental leaps in productivity can promote the development of innovation.Explosive leaps lead to original innovation,while incremental leaps manifest themselves as integrated innovation and follow-up innovation.The socialist basic economic system provides a microscopic carrier for the development of new quality productivity.The coordinated cooperation between the market and the government promotes the emergence of new quality productivity.The new national system under the leadership of the Communist Party of China provides political guarantee for the development of new quality productivity.
