New Quality Productivity:Definition,Characteristics and Approaches
New quality productivity is the productivity with completely new characteristics in digital times which can meet the requirements of high-quality development.Instead of breaking away from social relations,new quality productivity sets as its goal fulfilling people's aspirations for a better life,as it promotes innovation,integration of different forces,and has leading and transcending capabilities.The process of forming new quality productivity is a process of realizing technological innovation and upgrading human capital,of fully integrating scientific and technological innovation resources and existing industrial foundation,as well as of improving factor quality and resource allocation efficiency.Based on the four elements of new quality productivity,that is,human resources,scientific and technological innovation,industrial form and production mode,this paper analyzes the practical paths of forming new quality productivity in China.In the face of the fierce international competition in the field of scientific and technological innovation,China should seize the opportunity to promote the new quality productivity so as to push for high-guiltily development.
