The Operational Mechanism,Main Problems,and Optimized Path of Intra-Party Governance in the New Era
Internal party governance is a great innovation made by the CPC to strengthen its self-improvement, consolidate its governing status and realize its historical mission since the new era.It is a concrete embodiment and practical achievement of the party's self revolution in the course of modernizing national governance.It calls for sound systems, efficient execution,powerful supervision, timely feedback and moral construction.There are still many problems that need to be solved urgently,though significant achievements have been made in intra-party governance since 2012.Several measures could be taken to optimize intra-party governance in the new era,such as upholding the unity of centralized and unified leadership of the Party and the development of whole-process people's democracy,stimulating the vitality of majority party members,exploring "soft" governance measures as informal institutions,establishing a scientific law-based party culture,drawing party governance experience in both vertical and horizontal dimensions and testing Party's governance capacity in practice.
