摘要
新质生产力对中国式现代化有何影响?从动力机制及其未来路径等方面深度解析新质生产力赋能中国式现代化的经济、社会和环境三大价值维度.在经济方面,新质生产力通过提升产业效率和增强市场竞争力,助推经济结构升级和高质量发展;社会层面,通过优化人民生活质量和公共服务,促进社会公平和全面进步;环境方面,新质生产力推广绿色发展模式,努力实现资源节约和环境友好.在新质生产力赋能中国式现代化的动力机制上,分别通过技术创新效应、组织创新效应和制度创新效应促进中国式现代化,技术创新为现代化提供科技支撑;组织创新优化管理,释放创新活力;制度创新构建高效公正的治理体系,保障现代化进程顺畅进行.未来,需要构建双支柱举国体制促进技术创新,建立良好的创新环境和创新文化完善组织创新,构建长效的制度创新机制,提高政策的稳定性和持续性等.
Abstract
This paper deeply analyzes the driving force and practical pathways of new quality productive forces in empowering the process of Chinese path to modernization,covering three major value dimensions:economic,social,and environmental.Economically,new quality productive forces boost industrial efficiency and market competitiveness,facilitating the upgrade of economic struc-tures and high-quality development.Socially,it enhances the quality of life and public services,pro-moting social equity and comprehensive progress.Environmentally,new quality productive forces advocate for green development models,striving for resource conservation and eco-friendliness.In terms of the dynamic mechanisms that enable Chinese path to modernization,the effects of techno-logical innovation,organizational innovation,and institutional innovation of new quality productivity propel the development of modernization.Technological innovations provide scientific and techno-logical support;organizational innovations optimize management and unleash innovative vitality;in-stitutional innovations construct an efficient and fair governance system,ensuring the smooth pro-gress of modernization.Looking forward,it is essential to build a dual-pillar national system to pro-mote technological innovation,establish a favorable environment and culture for innovation to per-fect organizational innovation,create a long-term mechanism for institutional innovation,and im-prove stability and sustainability of policy.
