The Logic and Path of Social Organizations in Promoting the Modernization of Rural Elderly Welfare Governance
The modernization,transformation and upgrading of traditional rural elderly welfare governance is an important part of Chinese path to modernization.Based on the five-dimensional a-nalysis framework of"value-subject-resource-project-object"in"welfare governance",the traditional rural elderly welfare governance has limitations such as conservative philosophy,unidimensional subject,fragmented resources,single project and narrow objects.With the guidance and support of the government,the participation of modern and professional social organisations in the provision of rural geriatric services.By optimizing governance concepts,expanding governance subjects,linking governance resources,refining governance projects,and expanding governance objects,the moderni-zation process of rural elderly welfare governance has been multi-dimensionally promoted.In the practice of social organisations'participation in rural elderly welfare governance,there are still di-lemmas such as divergent concepts,fragile subjects,resource bottlenecks,suspended projects,and i-dentity barriers.In view of this,the"welfare governance community"needs to go beyond the opti-mal development of a single governing body,and build a value community that putting people first,a collaborative community of action,a professional-oriented community of resource,a functional community embedded with local community,and a spiritual community of emotional linkage,so as to ensure the sustainable promotion of modernization of rural elderly welfare governance.
