Rushing to Grasp the Opportunity of Building Xinjiang Free Trade Zone to Advance the High-quality Development of Trade Logistics in the Core Zone of the"Belt and Road"
It is of great significance to build Xinjiang Free Trade Zone(XJFTZ,hereinafter)since it will serve as a trial platform for China to develop westward open economy and as the crucial focus in building the core zone of the"Silk-road Economic Belt".At this moment when China firmly promotes the high-quality opening-up,XJFTZ will be the new highland of reform and opening-up,exploring new way to build new development pattern,em-powering the high-quality development of trade logistics and carving out a new space for deepening the reform and opening-up.Thus,Five measures should be taken in building XJFTZ.First,based on building the core zone of the"Silk-road Economic Belt",Urumqi should be the focus and be developed into the international transportation hub so as to promote the high-quality development of trade logistics;Second,domestic and international dual cir-culation of trade logistics should be smoothed by integrating the domestic and international markets and building connections with other countries over land and sea while creating synergy between its eastern and western regions;Third,researches and communication should be promoted in modern trade,logistics project by seizing the policy opportunity of XJFTZ;Fourth,the advantage of system innovation in the XJFTZ should be combined with the re-gional advantages of the core zone of the"Silk-road Economic Belt";Last,the connectivity process should be sped up between XJFTZ and the free trade zones established by the East Asian countries.
