摘要
文旅融合促进共同富裕是一个全民性、持续性、系统性的社会工程,以实现社会效益与经济效益相统一为原则.基于此,加强党的集中统一领导、完善党的领导制度体系、坚持人民至上的价值理念,是保障人民权益和福祉、优化社会发展机制、提升社会现代治理效能,促进共同富裕的动力和关键因素.同时,贯彻落实新发展理念,坚持物质文明与精神文明相协调,从收入分配机制、社会保障制度等基本问题出发,不断满足人民群众对美好生活的需求,并在此基础上整合资源、促进产业融合、创新发展文旅融合新业态,使文旅融合在高质量发展中推进共同富裕.总之,共同富裕是社会主义的本质要求,是中国式现代化的重要特征.共同富裕是中国共产党人的不懈追求,通过文旅融合路径可以有效推动全体人民共同富裕的前进道路,不断实现人民群众对美好生活的追求.
Abstract
Common prosperity promoted by the integration of culture and tourism is a national,lasting and systema-tic social project with the principle of obtaining both social and economic benefits.With the concept of putting peo-ple first,all the resources will be combined to promote the industrial integration and make innovations in form of in-tegrating the culture and tourism under the leadership of the Party so that the integration of culture and tourism can enjoy high-quality development and advance the common prosperity.In sum,common prosperity,as the restless pursuit of Chinese Communist Party and the nature of Socialism,will be promoted by different forms of cultural and tourism integration in an effective way.
