农村中医药文化是中医药文化的重要组成部分,在乡村文化振兴中具有重要作用.习近平总书记关于发展中医药重要论述的价值意蕴契合了当前乡村振兴战略在文化层面的振兴要求,对农村中医药文化建设,促进新时代优秀乡土文化挖掘、保护与创新性发展具有重要价值启示.推动农村健康素养的提升,提高农民防病保健意识;推动特色中医药文化品牌建设,提升农村文化内涵和品位;推动中医药康养文旅发展,促进农村经济发展;推动农村精神文明建设,促进良好乡风的形成与传播.深化认识,加强保护与延续;聚焦功用,深挖价值与潜能;纳入规划,加强布局与管理;聚焦人才,促进培优与建设.
Abstract
Rural traditional Chinese medicine culture is an integral part of Chinese medicine culture and plays a vi-tal role in the revitalization of rural culture.General Secretary Xi Jinping's important expositions on the develop-ment of traditional Chinese medicine align with the revitalization requirements of rural culture in the current strate-gy,providing important enlightenment for the construction of rural traditional Chinese medicine culture,promoting the excavation,protection,and innovative development of local culture in the new era.This includes promoting the improvement of rural health literacy,enhancing farmers'awareness of disease prevention and health care,fostering the development of distinctive traditional Chinese medicine cultural brands,enriching rural cultural connotations and taste,advancing the integration of traditional Chinese medicine with rural tourism development,boosting the rural economic growth and the construction of rural spiritual civilization,and fostering the formation and dissemina-tion of a positive rural ethos.Furthermore,the followings are needed:1)To deepen the understanding and strengthen protection and continuation;2)To focus on efficacy,tapping into value and potentials;3)To incorpo-rate into planning and strengthen layout and management;4)To concentrate on talent,promoting labour cultivation and construction.
