新疆饮食文化的融合性特征,是新疆各民族经济互通、文化互鉴、心灵归聚和精神相依的直观写照,也蕴含了指涉与确证新疆民族交往交流交融的多重叙事.其在功能叙事中因适应交往的显性需求而生成、在地缘叙事中因契合交流的隐性脉络而形构、在群体叙事中是集结多民族经验智慧的实践范例、在文化叙事中是凝聚共同体信念力量的象征标识,由此也更应担负推进民族团结进步的责任与使命.新时代,需进一步思考新疆饮食文化的现实应用,通过宣传造势明确感知、开辟场域延展空间、发起活动强化体验,有效发挥新疆饮食文化对民族交往交流交融进程的牵引与带动作用.
Ethnic Interaction,Exchange,and Integration in the Multilayered Narratives of Xinjiang Culinary Culture
The integrative characteristics of Xinjiang's culinary culture vividly reflect the economic interconnected-ness,cultural mutual learning,emotional convergence,and spiritual interdependence of the various ethnic groups in this region.These characteristics also encompass multiple narratives that reference and confirm the ethnic inter-action,exchange,and integration in Xinjiang.These narratives emerge in different contexts:In functional narra-tives,they arise from the explicit need to adapt to interaction;in geographical narratives,they are shaped by the implicit connections that align with exchange;in communal narratives,they serve as practical examples of the col-lective wisdom and experiences of multiple ethnic groups;and in cultural narratives,they stand as symbolic mark-ers of the unifying force of communal beliefs.Thus,Xinjiang's culinary culture carries the responsibility and mis-sion to actively promote ethnic unity and progress.In the new era,it is necessary to further explore the practical applications of Xinjiang's culinary culture by enhancing awareness through publicity,expanding spaces for interac-tion,and initiating activities that reinforce experiences,thereby effectively playing a role and advancing the process of ethnic interaction,exchange,and integration through Xinjiang's culinary culture.
