Internal Logic,Constraints,and Practical Pathways of Rural Ecological Governance
Rural ecological governance is a practical demand for promoting rural ecological revitalization and build-ing beautiful villages.It is also an inherent requirement for effectively advancing the modernization of rural govern-ance.From the perspective of the logical foundation,such logic should be adhered to in the rural ecological govern-ance as the theoretical logic of harmonious coexistence between humans and nature,the practical logic of advancing the modernization of the national governance system and capacity,and the value logic of the co-development of ru-ral ecological governance and the rural revitalization strategy.In the current process of promoting rural ecological governance,various challenges remain due to the absence of key participants,outdated governance concepts,a lack of long-term mechanisms,and weak governance technologies.In response to these challenges,it is essential to be guided by Marxist ecological thought,summarize experiences from practice,and identify underlying patterns.This can be achieved by building a multi-subjectsynergy for the rural ecological governance,reshaping concepts to lead the path of integrated rural development,promoting the implementation and effectiveness of the long-term governance mechanisms,and emphasizing the application and innovation of modern ecological governance technolo-gies.By doing so,we can maximize governance efficiency,reinforce the foundation of ecological governance,and carve out new avenues for advancing rural revitalization.
