The sense of mission among publishing professionals plays an important role in advancing the construction of a socialist culturally strong nation.Guided by the strategy of a culturally strong nation,its core significance is re-flected in the ideological core guided by Marxism,cultural confidence rooted in the excellent traditional Chinese culture,value judgments based on socialist core values,and ability building aimed at serving the needs of the peo-ple.Strengthening the mission consciousness of publishing professionals is conducive to the development of cultural productivity,revitalizing cultural vitality,enhancing cultural cohesion,and increasing cultural influence,thereby injecting powerful spiritual strength into the promotion of socialist cultural nation building.Hence publishing profes-sionals should closely follow the strategic guidance of Xi Jinping's Cultural Thought,establish correct cultural va-lues,actively cultivate and practise socialist core values,and continuously improve the quality and ability of pub-lishing services aimed at the people so as to promote the high-quality development of the publishing industry through the high-quality development of publishing professionals,and contribute to the construction of a socialist culturally strong nation.
