乡村生态振兴是实现农业农村现代化和建设美丽中国的必然要求,关系到中华民族的永续发展.新质生产力作为推动社会高质量发展的先进绿色生产力,是乡村生态振兴的重要抓手,具有重要的引领价值、时代价值、现实价值和战略价值.当前,乡村生态振兴面临党建引领不足、城乡数字化发展鸿沟、专业人才匮乏、产业转型滞后等困境,需要以新质生产力为引擎来锻造坚强战斗堡垒,打破治理困境;弥合城乡数字鸿沟,突破发展困境;筑牢人才队伍支撑,攻破治理困境;打造现代产业体系,冲破产业困境,进而为乡村生态振兴赋能增效.
Abstract
Rural ecological revitalization is an essential requirement for achieving agricultural and rural moderniza-tion and constructing a beautiful China,and plays a vital role in the sustainable development of the Chinese nation.As an advanced green productivity driving high-quality social development,the new quality productive forces serve as a key lever for rural ecological revitalization,possessing significant value in guiding,contemporary,practi-cal,and strategic aspects.Presently,rural ecological revitalization faces Challenges,including insufficient party leadership,a digital gap between urban and rural areas,a lack of skilled professionals,and delayed industrial transformation.To address these challenges,great efforts should be made to utilize new quality productivity to strengthen governance capabilities,bridge the urban-rural digital divide to break through the development plight,establish a robust talent support system to perfect the governance,and create a modern industrial system to enhance and empower rural ecological revitalization.
