“核心力量”只是人体核心区域的一种稳定能力,这种稳定能力有利于全身力量的产生、传递和控制。稳定能力只是力量增长因素中肌间协调的一方面,力量的增长还需神经适应的肌内协调,以及肌肉横断面的增加,离不开负重(或抗阻)练习。所以,核心区的力量决定人体运动的能力,是各项运动的基础和保障。
Abstract
the"core"is a kind of core region of the body only stable abili-ty, this kind of stable ability to general power generation, transmission and control.
