Semiotic Interpretation of Popular Network Catchwords
Popular network catchwords are the products of network era. They share the common characteristics of other languages, meanwhile, they have some distinct features of their own. From the perspective of Peirce's semiotic theory, all signs are made of sign, object and interpretant. The three factors are interrelated and inseparable in the interpretation of sign.
