摘要
文化学派使翻译研究跳出了微观的语义层面,将翻译置于宏观的社会文化背景中。在此基础上,勒菲弗尔进一步提出,翻译主要受到意识形态、诗学和赞助人三方面的操纵。而意识形态作为影响力最大的一个因素,对译文的操纵也是多方面的。本文拟以张爱玲自译作品《金锁记》为例,从译者的个人意识形态和译入语社会的主流意识形态两个方面,探讨其对译本的制控。
Abstract
Culture School attaches translation to its macro background culturally and socially rather than confine it to the micro semantic study, based on which, Lefevere further proposes that translation is manipulated by ideology, poetology and patronage. Ideology, as the most influential factor on translation, manipulates it in various ways. This thesis, taking the example of The Golden Cangue, explores how translation is manipulated by ideology, which comes from the translator as well as the target society.
