摘要
近年来，随着我国城镇化步伐的加快，农村集体土地大量被征用，失地农民社会保障已经成为了一个巨大的社会问题。我国现行立法对于失地农民社会保障的制度建设仍处于薄弱阶段，失地农民没有被纳入到社会保障的法律体系当中，这就导致了失地农民的生存发展权益不能得到很好地保障。本文将对我国失地农民社会保障的立法现状进行分析，并进一步提出立法改善的建议。

In this paper, it will analyze the current situation of our country ' legislation for the land-lost farmers' social security and put forward suggestions to improve the legislation in further.
