New types media are new emerged media types supported by the new technology system. Compared with the four traditional media as newspa-per, magazine, television and broadcast, new types media is described as fifth media. The author researched the spreading character of new types' media and analyzed the spreading reasons of negative military related information. Some measures are proposed on how to manage and control the spreading of nega-tive military related public sentiment.
