摘要
民办教师，这个已被时代和历史快要忘却的名字，今天重提，显得有些不合时宜。但作为教师的我们，不应忘记他们。他们曾以执著的信念、顽强的意志和高贵的灵魂担负起了传播乡村文化知识和教育孩子健康成长的责任道义，为二十世纪末的中国乡村教育留下了不可磨灭的精神贡献，他们是教育事业的殉道者，他们是默默行走的民间英雄。
Abstract
Teachers in rural state-managed schools, whose name has almost been forgot by the times but should not be forgot by us as teachers, were once responsible for the children’s education and culture and knowledge extension in rural regions and had made the great contribution to the Chinese rural ed-ucation in the 20th century.They are martyrs and unknown folk heroes of the education course.
