新疆产4种锦鸡儿属植物总黄酮含量研究

目的：对新疆产4种锦鸡儿植物的根及地上部分的总黄酮含量进行测定比较。方法用70％乙醇提取锦鸡儿样品中总黄酮，亚硝酸钠-硝酸铝比色法测定样品溶液中总黄酮含量。结果对于不同锦鸡儿，其各部位总黄酮含量差异较大，根部总黄酮含量为吐鲁番锦鸡儿＞狭叶锦鸡儿＞粉刺锦鸡儿＞刺叶锦鸡儿；地上部分总黄酮含量为刺叶锦鸡儿＞狭叶锦鸡儿＞吐鲁番锦鸡儿＞粉刺锦鸡儿。对于同种植物，其根与地上部分总黄酮含量不同。结论对锦鸡儿不同部位进行总黄酮含量测定，有助于锦鸡儿属植物的充分开发及可持续利用。
Objective To determine and compare the contents of total flavonoids from the root and acrial part of four genus Caragana Fabr in Xinjiang.Methods Total flavonoids of samples extracted by 70%ethanol were determined with colorimetry.Results For different genus C.Fabr,the contents of total fla-vonoids were different in various parts of the samples.The roots of total flavonoids contents:C. turfanensis (Krassn.)Kom>C.stenophylla >C.pruinosa Kom>C.acanthophylla Kom.The acrial part of flavonoids contents:C.acanthophylla Kom>C.stenophylla >C.turfanensis (Krassn.)Kom>C.pruinosa Kom.For the same genus C.Fabr,the flavonoids contents of root and aboveground part were different.Conclusion The determination of total flavonoids content in different parts of C.Fabr may prove to be useful for the development,protection and further study.
