Analysis of influencing factors on risk cognition and patient safety competence of nurses in post-anesthesia care unit

目的 研究麻醉复苏室(Post-anesthesia care unit,PACU)护士对麻醉苏醒期风险认知和患者安全胜任力现状,并分析麻醉苏醒期风险认知和患者安全胜任力相关性的影响因素.方法 采用分层多阶段聚类抽样法于2022年6月-8月抽取新疆16所综合性医院的228名PACU护士为研究对象,采用电子问卷形式,问卷由一般资料、麻醉苏醒期风险认知调查问卷和患者安全胜任力护士评价量表组成,收集PACU护士对麻醉苏醒期风险认知和患者安全胜任力情况,分析患者安全胜任力和麻醉苏醒期风险认知的相关性及影响因素.结果 PACU护士麻醉苏醒期风险认知总得分为(97.34±8.06)分,患者安全胜任力护士评价量表总得分为(148.72±11.80)分.在不同医院级别、学历、职称、麻醉护理工作年限、麻醉风险应急预案和麻醉风险培训频率PACU护士的患者安全胜任力和麻醉苏醒期风险认知差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).Pearson相关性分析显示,PACU护士麻醉苏醒期风险认知与患者安全胜任力各维度呈正相关(P＜0.05).多元线性回归分析显示,麻醉护理工作年限、职称、麻醉风险培训频率、苏醒期风险认知总分是PACU护士患者安全胜任力的影响因素(P均＜0.05).结论 PACU护士的麻醉苏醒期风险认知和患者安全胜任力处于中等偏上水平,麻醉苏醒期风险认知水平的改善有助于PACU护士提高患者安全胜任力.
Objective To analyze the current situation of nurses'risk perception and patient safety compe-tency in anesthesia recovery unit(PACU),and to analyze the influencing factors of the correlation be-tween risk perception and patient safety competency.Methods From June to August 2022,a total of 228 PACU nurses from 16 general hospitals in Xinjiang were selected as the research objects by using stratified multi-stage cluster sampling method.The electronic questionnaire consisted of general information,anes-thesia recovery period risk perception questionnaire and patient safety competency Evaluation scale for nur-ses.The situation of PACU nurses'risk perception and patient safety competency during anesthesia recov-ery period was collected,and the correlation between patient safety competency and risk perception during anesthesia recovery period and the influencing factors were analyzed.Results The total score of PACU nurses'risk perception during anesthesia recovery period was(97.34±8.06),and the total score of nurse evaluation scale for patient safety competency was(148.72±11.80).There were statistically significant differences in patient safety competency and risk perception during anesthesia recovery period among PACU nurses with different hospital levels,educational backgrounds,professional titles,years of anesthe-sia nursing work,anesthesia risk emergency plans and anesthesia risk training frequencies(P＜0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that PACU nurses'risk perception during anesthesia recovery period was positively correlated with each dimension of the patient safety competency(P＜0.05).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the influencing factors of patient safety competency of PACU nurses in-cluded the years of anesthesia nursing work,professional title,frequency of anesthesia risk training and total score of risk perception during the recovery period(all P＜0.05).Conclusions The PACU nurses'risk perception and patient safety competency during anesthesia recovery period are at an upper middle lev-el.The improvement of risk perception during anesthesia recovery period helps PACU nurses to improve patient safety competency.
