目的 基于CiteSpace可视化分析中医药防治高尿酸血症的研究热点和趋势.方法 通过中国知网、维普、万方和Web of Science数据库检索中医药防治高尿酸血症领域的文献,利用CiteSpace软件进行文献计量学分析.结果 中、英文数据库分别纳入1 756篇和139篇文献.中医药防治高尿酸血症领域的文献年发文量总体呈上升趋势,发文量居于首位的机构是北京中医药大学,发文量最多的研究团队是高建东团队.除检索主题词外,中文文献热点关键词包括痛风、尿酸代谢、临床研究、实验研究、关节炎、研究进展、肾功能、别嘌呤醇等,英文文献热点关键词包括痛风、黄嘌呤氧化酶、提取、别嘌呤醇、疾病、表达、炎症、氧化应激等.研究前沿主要集中在利用数据挖掘和网络药理学、分子对接等技术阐释名医经验和核心处方的作用机制以及从肠道菌群角度揭示中医药对高尿酸血症的调控机制.结论 中医药在防治高尿酸血症的研究领域中表现出较高的活跃度,相关研究主要集中在国内.中医药经典方剂和提取物对痛风、尿酸代谢等的防治和作用机制是该领域的研究热点,涉及作用机制以尿酸代谢靶蛋白、炎症和氧化应激为主,利用网络药理学进行机制预测和揭示肠道菌群的中介调节作用是未来的研究趋势.
Visual analysis of research hotspots and trends in treatment of hyperuricemia with Chinese medicine based on CiteSpace
Objective To conduct a visual analysis using CiteSpace software to explore research hotspots and trends in the field of Chinese medicine for the prevention and treatment of hyperuricemia.Methods Literature related to Chinese medicine in the treatment of hyperuricemia was retrieved from databases such as CNKI(China National Knowledge Infrastructure),VIP(Chinese Scientific Journals Database),Wanfang and Web of Science.A bibliometric analysis was conducted using CiteSpace software.Results A total of 1 756 Chinese and 139 English language papers were included in the study.The annual publication volume in this field generally showed an upward trend.The institution with the highest number of publications was Bei-jing University of Chinese Medicine and the research team with the most publications was led by Gao Jian-dong.Beyond the search terms,hot keywords in the Chinese literature included gout,uric acid metabo-lism,clinical research,experimental research,arthritis,research progress,renal function,and allopuri-nol.In English literature,hot keywords included gout,xanthine oxidase,extraction,allopurinol,disease,expression,inflammation and oxidative stress.The research frontiers primarily focused on using data min-ing,network pharmacology,and molecular docking to interpret the mechanisms of action in the experi-ences of renowned physicians and their core prescriptions,as well as to reveal the regulatory mechanism of the Chinese medicine treatment on hyperuricemia from the perspective of intestinal flora.Conclusion Chinese medicine exhibited a high level of activity in the research field of hyperuricemia treatment,with the majori-ty of studies concentrated domestically.The prevention and treatment of gout and uric acid metabolism by classic Chinese medicine prescriptions and extracts,and their mechanisms of action,are the focus of re-search hotspots in this field,which mainly involves target proteins of uric acid metabolism,inflammation and oxidative stress.The use of network pharmacology to predict the mechanism and reveal the mediating regulation of intestinal flora is a future research trend.
