Correlation analysis between cardiometabolic index(CMI)and cerebral hemodynamics in population with health checkups
Objective To explore the correlation between cardiometabolic index(CMI)and cerebrovascular function score value(CVHI)in the health checkup population.Methods This was a cross-sectional study,and 1 636 medical checkups who participated in health checkups at the hospital from January to July 2023 were selected as study subjects.General information was collected and relevant physical and laboratory ex-aminations were completed.According to the optimal cutoff point of CVHI score value(75 points),the patients were divided into CVHI normal group and CVHI abnormal group,and Logistic regression analysis was used to explore the factors affecting the CVHI score.The predictive value of CMI for CVHI score val-ues was assessed using the area under the curve(AUC)of the subjects'work characteristics(ROC).Re-sults Among 1 636 medical check-ups,419(25.6%)cases of high-risk groups for stroke risk were screened using cerebrovascular function test.The differences in risk factors such as age,gender,hyperten-sion,diabetes mellitus and lack of dyslipidemia and exercise between normal CVHI group and abnormal CVHI group(all P<0.05),and the systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,body mass index,waist circumference,waist-to-hip ratio,waist-to-height ratio,total cholesterol,triglycerides,fasting glu-cose,uric acid,creatinine,urea and cardiometabolic index of abnormal CVHI group were significantly higher than those of normal group(P<0.05).Age,hypertension,diabetes,systolic blood pressure,uric acid and CMI were the influencing factors of CVHI score(P<0.05).The area under the ROC curve of people whose CVHI score was less than 75 predicted by CMI was 0.602.The CVHI score was decreased with the increase of CMI level(P<0.05).The abnormal rate of CVHI score with CMI≥0.491 8(31.0%)was significantly higher than that with CMI<0.491 8(18.7%)(P<0.05).CVHI score was negatively correlated with CMI(r=-0.143,P<0.05).Conclusion With the increasing of CMI,the CVHI inte-gral value was gradually decreasing.The risk of screening out the high-risk group of stroke gradually was increased,which was of some reference value for the screening of high-risk group of stroke.
