Correlation study of IGFBP7 with clinicopathological features and prognosis of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma(DLBCL)
Objective This study aimed to investigate the expression level of Insulin like growth factor binding protein 7 in diffuse large B cell lymphoma(DLBCL)and its correlation with clinicopathological characteristics and prognosis through comprehensive analysis.Method Collected 165 specimens with pathological diagnosis of DLBCL from the hospital and their clinicopathologic data from 2016 to 2023,detected the protein expression level of IGFBP7 in tumor tissue by immunohistochemistry method, and an-alyzed its correlation with the clinicopathological characteristics and prognosis. Results The results showed that the expression level of IGFBP7 was related to age, peripheral blood mononuclear cell count and Ki67(P<0.05).Multivariate analysis showed that age≥60 years, lactate dehydrogenase level of the patients≥250 U/L,affected site within lymph nodes, peripheral blood lymphocyte count lower and IG-FBP7 high expression level were the independent risk factors influencing the prognosis of DLBCL patients(P<0.05).DLBCL patients with high expression of IGFBP7 had a poor prognosis. Conclusion DLBCL patients with high expression of IGFBP7 have a relatively short survival time,it is an independent risk fac-tor for DLBCL and it may be a potential biomarker for the diagnosis of DLBCL.
