Analysis of willingness and influencing factors of elderly chronic disease patients to use"Internet+medical treatment"based on UTAUT2 model
Objective Based on Integrated Technology Acceptance Model II(UTAUT2)to explore the will-ingness and influencing factors of elderly patients with chronic diseases to participate in"Internet+medical treatment",and to provide ideas for new chronic disease management model.Methods From April to Au-gust 2023,this paper adopted convenience sampling method to conduct questionnaire survey in 4 top-3 hos-pitals in major urban areas of Urumqi with large amount of"Internet+medical"services.Elderly patients with chronic diseases were taken as research objects.A total of 403 questionnaires were effectively collect-ed,and AMOS structural equation modeling was used.The research model of influencing factors of elderly patients with chronic diseases participating in"Internet+medical treatment"was constructed and the hy-pothesis was tested.Results Performance expectation,effort expectation,social influence and trust posi-tively affected the Internet+medical use intention of elderly patients with chronic diseases(P<0.05),and the degree of influence was from large to small as performance expectation(0.328),trust(0.279),social influence(0.176)and effort expectation(0.152)according to the path coefficient.Perceived risk(-0.174)negatively affected the intention to use.The promotion conditions and value tradeoff had no significant effect.Conclusion It is suggested to build a unified and comprehensive management platform to meet the needs of elderly patients;Strengthen patients'sense of gain,reduce the difficulty of using the platform,increase publicity,enhance the authenticity and transparency of the platform,and effectively improve the willingness of elderly patients with chronic diseases to use"Internet+medical treatment".
