Analysis on signing behavior and influencing factors of 642 elderly family doctors
Objective To analyze the signing behavior and influencing factors of family doctor service for the elderly in Urumqi,and to provide the basis for better promoting the signing work of family doctor service.Methods Convenient sampling method was used in this survey.2 health service centers were se-lected from each of 7 districts and 1 county in Urumqi.At the same time,the elderly were randomly se-lected from the outpatient hall,family doctor signing room and community for questionnaire survey.The influencing factors of family doctor signing behavior of the elderly in Urumqi were analyzed.Combined with Andersen model,variables were introduced into the Logistic regression model for multivariate analy-sis.Results Among the 642 elderly people who participated in the survey,520(81.00%)signed up for family doctor services.Univariate analysis showed that factors such as age,marital status,cultural back-ground,per capita monthly income,whether to participate in medical insurance,chronic diseases and fam-ily doctors'awareness of signing services had significant effects on the signing behavior of family doctors in the elderly(P<0.05).Multivariate analysis showed that the elderly with high income,knowing the con-tracted services of family doctors and chronic diseases were more likely to sign up.From all dimensions of Andersen model,the demand factor has the greatest impact on the signing service of family doctors for the elderly,and the enabling factor also had a certain impact on the signing service of family doctors for the elderly.Conclusion The signing rate of family doctor for the elderly in Urumqi is high,but it has not reached the goal of full coverage.We should strengthen the publicity of family doctor signing services,pay more attention to the key elderly,add diversified service packages,enhance the attraction of family doctor signing services to the elderly,and meet the elderly with different needs,so as to further improve the fam-ily doctor signing services.
