To observe effect of Suxiao Jiuxin pill on coronary artery dilatation in patients with stable angina pectoris under intravascular ultrasound(IVUS)guidance
Objective To observe the effect of Suxiao Jiuxin pill on coronary artery dilation in patients with stable angina pectoris guided by intravascular ultrasound(IVUS).Methods A total of 116 patients with stable angina pectoris admitted to the hospital from May 2022 to January 2024 were studied,the patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,58 cases in each group.The experimen-tal group was given sublingual 10 capsules of Suxiao Jiuxin pill,the control group was given sublingual 0.5 mg nitroglycerin tablet.IVUS examination was performed before and 15 minutes after medication.Recorded the cross-sectional area at 2.00 mm,2.25 mm,2.50 mm,2.75 mm,3.00 mm,3.25 mm and 3.50 mm mean vessel diameters prior to medication.The vessel cross-sectional area,the percentage of area expansion and the average vessel diameter at the corresponding blood vessel position were recorded and cal-culated 15 min after taking the medication.The patients were recorded for dizziness,headache,blood pressure reduction,redness,nausea and other adverse reactions after medication and examination.Res-ults Compared with control group before taking the drug,the cross-sectional area and average diameter of the vessels in the 2.00 mm～3.5 mm diameter of the coronary arteries in the control group were increased 15 min after taking the drug.The cross-sectional area of vessels with diameter of 2.00 mm～2.75 mm and the mean diameter of vessels with diameter of 2.00 mm～3.00 mm wereincreased in the experimental group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Compared with control group 15 min af-ter administration,the cross-sectional area,percentage of area expansion and average diameter of vessels with a diameter of 2.00 mm wasincreased in the experimental group 15 min after administration,and the cross-sectional area,percentage of area expansion and average diameter of blood vessels with a diameter of 2.75 mm to 3.50 mm wasdecreased,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).Compared with control group,the incidence of adverse reactions in experimental group was decreased,and the difference was sta-tistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Suxiao Jiuxin pill on stable angina pectoris patients coronary artery dilation effect,the smaller the diameter of the blood vessel dilation effect is more obvious,quick-acting heart-saving pill adverse reaction incidence is low.
