生物反馈电刺激疗法对围绝经期女性盆底功能障碍患者血清SOD、GSH-Px水平的影响

目的 观察生物反馈电刺激疗法治疗围绝经期盆底功能障碍性疾病(PFD)患者的临床效果及对血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)水平的影响.方法 收集2019年8月至2022年8月在长沙市第三医院妇产科就诊的204例PFD患者作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分成对照组(102例)与试验组(102例).对照组给予盆底肌肉锻炼(即Kegel运动),试验组同时联合生物反馈电刺激疗法治疗,比较两组患者临床效果,以及治疗前后盆底肌力、生活质量及血清SOD与GSH-Px水平变化.结果 治疗后,试验组总有效率(96.08%)高于对照组(82.35%)[(x2=4.993,P=0.025)];治疗后,试验组盆底肌力、Ⅰ类/Ⅱ类肌纤维最大值均明显优于对照组[(4.31±0.80)级 vs(3.09±0.76)级,(31.69±7.62)uv vs(23.19±7.17)uv,(44.07±12.89)uv vs(34.48±13.15)uv(t=-7.896,-5.802,-3.719,P 均<0.01)];治疗后,试验组患者血清SOD、GSH-Px水平明显优于对照组[(5 501.28±512.37)pg/mL vs(5 096.31±526.42)pg/mL,(824.33±139.69)pmol/L vs(542.68±117.54)pmol/L(t=-3.937,-11.018,P均<0.01)];治疗后,试验组患者盆底功能障碍量表(PFDI-20)总分与其分量表评分以及盆底障碍影响简易量表(PFIQ-7)总分与分量表评分下降显著优于对照组(t=1.967~4.840,P均<0.05).结论 生物反馈电刺激疗法有助于围绝经期女性PFD患者增强盆底肌力,提高血清SOD、GSH-Px水平,提升患者生活质量.
Effect of electrical stimulation biofeedback on serum serum superoxide dismutase(SOD)and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)levels inperimenopausal female patients withpelvic floor dysfunction
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of electrical stimulation biofeedback therapy on post-partum pelvic floor dysfunction and its influence on the levels of serum superoxide dismutase(SOD)and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px).Methods 204 patients with postpartum pelvicfloordysfunction(PFD)were selected from pelvic floor center of the hospital between August 2019 to August 2022.102 cases in control group and 102 cases in experimental group were randomly divided into 2 groups.The control group was treated with pelvic floor muscle exercise,and the test group was treated with biofeedback electric stimulation on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,quality of life of pelvic floor muscle strength and changes of serum SOD and GSH-Px levels before and afterthe treatment were compared be-tween the 2 groups.Results After thetreatment,the total effective rate of the test group was 96.08%,and that of the control group was 82.35%.The total effective rate of the test group was higher than that of the control group(X2=4.993,P=0.025).After the treatment,the pelvic floor muscle strength,the maximum value of class Ⅰ and Ⅱmuscle fiberin the test group were significantly better than those in the control group[(4.31±0.80)vs.(3.09±0.76),(31.69±7.62)vs.(23.19±7.17)uv,(44.07±12.89)vs.(34.48±13.15)uv,(t=-7.896,-5.802,-3.719,all P<0.01)].After the treatment,the levels of serum SOD and GSH-Px in the test group were significantly higher than those in the control group[(5 501.28±512.37)vs.(5 096.31±526.42)μg/mL,(824.33±139.69)vs.(542.68±117.54)pmol/L,(t=-3.937,-11.018,all P<0.01)].After the treatment,the total score and subscale score of PFDI-20 and the total score and subscale score of PFIQ-7 in the test group were significantly lower than those in the control group(t=1.967~4.840,all P<0.05).Conclusions Biofeedback electrical stimulation thera-py is helpful to enhance the pelvic floor muscle strength of perimenopausal female PFD patients,increase the serum SOD and GSH-Px levels,and improve the quality of life of the patients.
