Analysis of related factors of central venous catheter-related deep venous thrombosis in patients with sepsis
Objective To analyze the present situation and influencing factors of central venous catheter-re-lated deep venous thrombosis in sepsis patients.Methods From Jan 2023 to Dec 2023,sepsis patients with central venous catheter were studied in the hospital in Xinjiang.The patients were divided into 2 groups and the demographic and clinical data of the 2 groups were compared.The patients were divided in-to thrombus group and non-thrombus group according to whether central venous catheter-related deep ve-nous thrombosis occurred.Logistic regression was used to analyze the risk factors and explored the influ-encing factors of central venous catheter-related deep venous thrombosis in sepsis patients.Results In the study,504 patients were included,52 patients developed central venous catheter-related deep venous thrombosis(10.32％).Logistic regression analysis showed that smoking history,prosthesis implantation history,number of catheterization,D-dimer elevation and Gram-negative bacteria were independent influ-encing factors for the occurrence of central venous catheter-related deep venous thrombosis in spesis pa-tients(P＜0.05).Conclusion Smoking history,prosthesis implantation history,times of catheteriza-tion,D-dimer elevation and Gram-negative bacteriawere are independent influencing factors for the occur-rence of central venous catheter-related deep venous thrombosis in spesis patients,and more attention should be paid to these patients.
