Effect of standardized pain nursing mode in perioperative periodon pain degree, sleep quality and nursing satisfaction of patientsunderwentrotator cuff repair
Objective To explore the effect of perioperative standardized pain nursing mode on pain degree, sleep quality and nursing satisfaction of the patients undergoing rotator cuff repair. Methods A total of 160 patients who underwent arthroscopic rotator cuff injury repair surgery in the hospital from January 1,2022 to June 30,2023 were selected as research objects. The patients were divided into 2 groups according to the random number table method,80 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing mode, and the study group was given standardized pain nursing mode.Visual analogue scale, sleep quality score and nursing satisfaction score were used to evaluate the pain degree, sleep quality and nursing satis-faction of the patients. Results Compared with control group, the pain scores of study group wasde-creased significantly at 4,12,24,48 hours after surgery and at discharge(P<0.05).Compared with control group 48 hours after surgery, the study group showed a statistically significant decrease in sleep onset time, sleep duration, daytime dysfunction, sleep disorders, dosage of hypnotic drugs and total score(P<0.05).Compared with control group after surgery, the satisfaction rates of pain education, timely pain intervention, pain nursing and overall nursing satisfaction in the study group wereall increased, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Perioperative standardized pain nurs-ing can reduce postoperative pain, improve postoperative sleep quality and nursing satisfaction rate in pa-tients with rotator cuff injury, which is worthy of promotion and application.
