Analysis of relationship and interaction between tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-17(IL-17)and in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer(IVF-ET)assisted pregnancy outcome in infertility patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)
Objective To investigate the relationship and interaction between tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-17(IL-17)and in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer(IVF-ET)assisted pregnancy outcomes in infertility patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods The clinical data of 126 patients with PCOS infertility admitted to thehospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were retrospectively an-alyzed.The factors influencing the outcome of IVF-ET fertility in patients with PCOS infertility were ana-lyzed,the interaction between TNF-α and IL-17 was analyzed on the outcome of IVF-ET fertility in pa-tients with PCOS infertility,and the predictive value of TNF-α and IL-17 on IVF-ET fertility outcomes in patients with PCOS infertility was analyzed.Results There were 62 clinical pregnant patients and 64 non-pregnant patients.Logistic regression analysis showed high quality embryo rate(OR=0.331,95％CI:0.148～0.738),TNF-α level(OR=3.494,95％CI:1.438～8.491),IL-17 level(OR=3.144,95％CI:1.281～7.569)were the factors affecting the outcome of IVF-ET assisted pregnancy in PCOS infertile pa-tients(P＜0.05).There was a positive interaction between TNF-α and IL-17 on the assisted pregnancy outcome of IVF-ET in PCOS infertility patients,and the effect of TNF-α and IL-17 on the assisted preg-nancy outcome was 1.384 times that of the sum of the 2 independent effects(95％CI:1.012～1.894).ROC curve analysis showed that theAUC of TNF-α,IL-17 and their combination in predicting the outcome of IVF-ET assisted pregnancy in PCOS infertility patients were 0.713(95％CI:0.610～0.816),0.707(95％CI:0.594～0.821)and 0.883(95％CI:0.815～0.952),respectively.Conclusion TNF-α and IL-17 are related to IVF-ET assisted pregnancy outcomes in PCOS infertility patients,and the two have a posi-tive interaction in adverse assisted pregnancy outcomes,and their combined predictive efficacy is good.
