Comparison of application effects of ciprofol and propofol in painless oocyte retrieval
Objective To investigate the application effects of ciprofol and propofol in painless oocyte re-trieval.Methods The patients who underwent painless oocyte retrieval in the hospital from March 2022 to March 2023 were selected, and randomly divided into control group(40 cases)and observation group(40 cases),receiving propofol anesthesia and ciprofol anesthesia, respectively.Clinical indicators and analgesic effects in the 2 groups were analyzed. The 2 groups were compared on hemodynamic changes when the pa-tient entering the room(T0),at 1 min after anesthesia induction(T1),at 3 min after anesthesia induction(T2)and at 5 min after anesthesia induction(T3),the incidence rates of apnea and postoperative adverse reactions, and the number of the patients receiving sedative remedy. Results Compared with T0 time of the same group, heart rate(HR),oxygen saturation(SpO2),bispectral index(BIS)and mean arterial pressure(MAP)in the 2 groups were decreased firstly and then were increased from T1 to T3.HR,SpO2,BIS and MAP in observation group at T1-T3 were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The incidence rates of apnea in observation group(10.00%)was lower than that in control group(27.50%),and the incidence of intravenous injection pain(2.50%)was lower than that in control group(20.00%),with statistical significance(P<0.05),while there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence rates of respiratory depression, nausea and vomiting, dizziness and sedative remedy(P>0.05).Conclusion Both ciprofol and propofol can achieve good sedative and analgesic effects in patients undergo-ing painless oocyte retrieval, with similar induction time and wake-up time.Compared with propofol, ciprofol is more conducive to respiratory and circulatory stability, and it can reduce intravenous injection pain.
