Pre-identification and content determination of chemical constituents in Dinaer compound
Objective Pre-experiment the chemical composition of Dinar mixture and determine the content of chlorogenic acid and caffeic acid.Methods Chemical reaction identification was used to identify the types of chemical components in Dinar Heji;Folin-Ciocalteu method was used to determine the total poly-phenol content.Thin layer chromatography(TLC)was used for qualitative identification analysis of Dinar Heji.High performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)was used to determine the content of chlorogenic acid and caffeic acid in Dinar Heji.Results Dinar mixture was rich in various bioactive compounds,inclu-ding sugars,coumarins,alkaloids,phenolic compoundsand organic acid compounds.The total polyphenol content in Dinar mixture was(1.57±1.71)mg/mL.The content of chlorogenic acid and caffeic acid mon-omers in Dinar mixture was(94.17±0.23)µg/mL and(0.27±0.45)μg/mL,respectively.Conclusion The Dinar mixture contains various bioactive compounds,among which the content of polyphenolic compounds is relatively high.This study provides a scientific basis for the quality control and efficacy evaluation of Di-nar mixture.
