Study on the spatio-temporal evolution of drug intervention on blood lipid level in patients with hyperlipidemia in Kezhou area
Objective The aim of this study was to investigate the spatio-temporal evolution of drug intervention on blood lipid level in patients with hyperlipidemia in Kezhou area,so as to provide scientific basis for clinical treatment. Methods 100 patients with hyperlipidemia in the people's Hospital of Kizilsu Kirgiz Autonomous Prefecture from January 2021 to December 2021 were selected and randomly divided into two groups. The control group(50 cases)received conventional lipid-lowering therapy, and the intervention group(50 cases)received lipid-lowering therapy and pharmaceutical intervention. The differences in the rate of lipid regulation, blood lipid level, medication compliance, disease cognition and adverse reactions between the two groups were compared. Results Through the statistical analysis of the data,we found that the blood lipid level of patients with hyperlipidemia after drug intervention showed an obvious temporal and spatial evolution rule.Specifically,in the short term(3 months),the blood lipid level of patients with hyperlipidemia had been significantly improved; In the long term(6 months to 1 year),the blood lipid levels of patients with hyperlipidemia showed the characteristics of fluctuating changes. In addition,we also found that different drugs have different therapeutic effects on patients with hyperlipidemia, and personalized treatment should be carried out according to the specific situation of patients. Conclusion The results of this study are of great significance for guiding clinicians to formulate personalized treatment plans. At the same time, this study also provides new ideas and methods for further exploring the effect of drug treatment in patients with hyperlipidemia.
