Preoperative lymphocyte-monocyte ratio was discussed in the post-breast cancer prognosis assessment
Objective To explore the role of lymphocyte/mononucleosis ratio in peripheral blood on prognosis evaluation in breast cancer patients. Methods Collected 82 cases of breast cancer patients who underwent surgical removal at military general hospital from 2013 to 2018,analyzed the value of lymphocyte mononucleosis ratio and patient clinical data and prognostic evaluation.Results(1)According to disease-free survival, the ROC curve was established, and the critical value of lymphocyte monocyte ratio was 5.78 based on the optimal sensitivity and specificity of the Joden index.(2)According to the lymphocyte mononucleosis ratio threshold of 5.78,through single-factor variance analysis, the preoperative high-value LMR group and low-value LMR group clinical data, age, menopause,TNM staging, estrogen receptors, progesterone receptors and LBR grouping were not statistically significant,DFS and LMR grouping was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)Through the analysis of survival function, the DFS of breast cancer patients in the high LMR group was significantly prolonged, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Preoperative LMR ≥5.78 is a powerful factor in the prognosis of breast cancer, and preoperative LMR detection is convenient, inexpensive and stable, which can be used as one of the biomarkers for the prognosis of breast cancer patients.
