摘要
目的 了解某医院医务人员的科研能力及对科研培训的需求.方法 采用问卷调查法对某医院212名医务人员进行调查,调查内容包括:基本情况、科研能力自评、科研培训需求3个部分.结果 该医院医务人员科研能力自评分总分平均为(96.32±26.41)分;不同性别、学历、年龄、专业、职业类别和工作年限的医务人员,科研能力自评分总分有统计学差异,其中性别、年龄、职称、参加工作年限4个变量为主要影响因素;排前三位的科研知识需求是:如何选题、如何进行科研设计、如何申报课题;希望获取科研知识的主要形式为:查阅文献、参与他人科研活动、参加专题培训班.结论 科研管理部门应根据科研需求,制定针对性强的培训和培养方案,提高医务人员科研能力水平.
Abstract
Objective To understand the scientific research ability and the need for scientific research training of medical staff in a hospital.Methods The questionnaire survey was conducted among 212 medical personnel from a hospital.The contents of the investigation included basic information,self-rating scale of scientific research ability,and research training demands.Results(1)The average score of self-rating scale of scientific research ability was(96.32±26.41)points;There were statistical differences in scientific research integrity among medical personnel with different characteristics(including sex,educational background,age,professional title,occupational category,and years of service),and sex,age,job title,years of service were the important influencing factors of scientific research ability;(2)The top three requirements for scientific research knowledge were theme selection,research design and applying for a research project;The top three forms of acquiring scientific knowledge were consulting literature,participating in other people's scientific research,and special training.Conclusion Scientific research management departments should formulate training programs according to the demands of scientific research to improve the scientific research ability of medical personnel.
