Observation about the effect of femostone in premature ovarian failure and its effect on ovarian function
Objective To observe the effect of femostone in premature ovarian failure and its effect on ovarian function. Methods 130 patients with premature ovarian failure admitted to the hospital from July 2016 to December 2019 were selected as the study objects, and were randomized into the control group(n=65)and the study group(n=65).The control group was treated with conventional hormone, the study group was treated with femostone. The efficacy of two groups were observed and compared, and the endocrine hormone level and ovarian function before and after treatment were tested and compared. Results Compared with those before treatment, the E2 levels of two groups increased significantly 3 months after the treatment, the LH、FSH levels and SSBI scores decreased significantly after treatment, and the E2 level of the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the LH,FSH levels and SSBI scores were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Compared with those before treatment, the OV、FN、PSV levels and endometrial thickness of two groups increased significantly 3 months after treatment, and the above index levels were significantly higher than those in the control group at 3 months after treatment(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion In the treatment of premature ovarian failure,it can not only adjust the endocrine hormone level, but also improve the ovarian function of the patients and improve the comprehensive curative effect.
