Clinical study of mindfulness cognitive therapy combined with individualized medicine in improving physical pain and their social function of patients with depression
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of mindfulness cognitive therapy combined with individualized medicine on improving the clinical symptoms and social function of patients with depression and somatic pain.Methods A total of 76 patients with depression and body pain were selected from department of clinical psychology in our hospital from June 2019 to December 2021.They were divided into 2 groups according to random table method.The control group was given oral flupentixol melitrixen tablets and duloxetine hydrochloride therapy.The study group were treated with cognitive therapy on the basis of the control group.The depression status,mindfulness level,pain level,social function,quality of life and average daily antidepressant dose of the two groups before and after treatment were recorded and compared.Results After 3 months of treatment,five factors of 5-factor mindfulness questionnaire(FFMQ)score,five indexes of SF-36 score,VAS and SDSS score and total score were increased in two groups(P<0.05).However,five factors of FFMQ score,five indexes of SF-36 score,VAS and SDSS score and total score in moderate to severe group and mild group in study group were higher than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Mindfulness cognitive therapy combined with individualized medicine can effectively reduce the depressive state and pain degree of patients with depression and physical pain,improve social function and quality of life,and it has high clinical value.
