Effect of nursing intervention on hemodialysis patients with chronic renal failure
Objective To explore the influence of nursing intervention under the guidance of planned behavior theory on the psy-chological resilience and coping style of patients on hemodialysis treatment for chronic renal failure. Methods From January 2021 to June 2022,96 patients with chronic renal failure undergoing maintenance hemodialysis were selected for clinical study. The patients were grouped by random lottery, with 48 patients in the control group and the observation group. The control group implemented the nursing intervention under the routine guidance, and the observation group implemented the nursing intervention under the guidance of the planned behavior theory.Compared the two groups'psychological resilience score(tenacity, strength, optimism)and the coping style score(face, surrender, and avoidance). Results When the comparison index was three psychological resilience scores,in the dif-ference of nursing intervention, high in the observation group(P<0.05).When the comparison index was three coping style scores, the ratio after nursing intervention was different, indicating that the observation group had high face score, low yield score and low avoidance score(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention under the guidance of planned behavior theory during hemodialysis treatment of chronic renal failure can improve psychological resilience and improve coping methods, which is worthy of clinical popularization.
