Observation on the curative effect of electrical stimulation combined with rehabilitation nursing on female patients with stress urinary incontinence
Objective To analyze the effect of electric stimulation combined rehabilitation training of pelvic floor rehabilitation equipment on female patients with stress urinary incontinence,so as to provide a better way to treat female stress urinary incontinence.Methods From January 2021 to December 2021,100 female patients with stress urinary incontinence confirmed by the outpatient clinic were selected.Patients treated with electric pelvic floor rehabilitation therapy instrument were used as observation objects.The equivalent computer-generated random method was used to divide them into reference groups(conventional nursing)and research groups(comprehensive rehabilitation care).Each group included 50 cases and compared the application effects of the two groups.Re-sults Before electrostimulation treatment and nursing of the pelvic floor rehabilitation instrument,the score of pelvic floor muscle strength of the two groups was low,and the score of urinary incontinence was higher.After electrostimulation treatment and nursing of the pelvic floor rehabilitation treatment instrument,the pelvic floor muscle strength score of the two groups increased,and the study group was higher than that of the reference group,the score of urinary incontinence decreased,and the study group was lower than that of the reference group(P＜0.05),and the nursing satisfaction and compliance of the study group were higher than that of the reference group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive rehabilitation care of pelvic floor rehabilitation instrument is applied to women with stress urinary incontinence,which can improve the treatment effect,promote the recovery of pelvic floor muscle strength,improve urinary incontinence,achieve active cooperation,obtain satisfactory evaluation,and have promotion value.
