Investigation and difference analysis of the reference range of thyroid hormone levels during pregnancy in a tertiary hospital in Xinjiang
Objective To establish the reference range of thyroid hormone levels during pregnancy in our unit's detection system, compare the thyroid hormone levels of women of different ages in the first, middle and late stages of pregnancy, and provide a theoreti-cal basis for health monitoring during pregnancy. Methods The thyroid levels of normal pregnant women in our hospital were retro-spectively analyzed from June 2019 to June 2021,and the thyroid levels of women of different pregnancy periods and ages were ana-lyzed and compared. Results The reference range of FT3 in the first, middle and late pregnancy was 4.45(3.38-5.67)pmol/L,4.08(3.26-5.308)pmol/L,3.94(3.242-5.012)pmol/L;FT4 was 46(12.494-20.815)pmol/L,13.66(12.071-18.842)pmol/L,13.27(12.062-16.541)pmol/L;TSH was 2.14(0.485-3.971)mIU/L,2.11(0.523-3.941)mIU/L,2.12(0.611-3.961)mIU/L;TPOAb ref-erence range for all stages of pregnancy was 2.46(5.562-30.182)IU/Ml.Conclusions There are significant differences in FT3,FT4,and TSH levels of women in different pregnancy periods(P<0.05),but there is no significant difference in TPO level(P>0.05),There are significant differences in FT4 of four ages groups(>25-30 years old,>30-35 years old,>35 years old)(P<0.05).
