Effect of Bobath ball combined with Kegel exercise in different periods on pelvic floor functional rehabilitation of second-born parturients
Objective To study the effect of exercise training with Bobath ball and Kegel on the recovery of pelvic floor function of second pregnant women during normal delivery. Methods A random number table method was used to select 132 cases of postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction in our department from February 2020 to February 2022,and 66 cases in the control group were given exercise training with Bobath ball and Kegel 4 weeks after delivery. The study group of 66 patients underwent Bobath ball combined with Kegel exercise training 1 week after delivery. The incidence of pelvic floor muscle strength, sexual function, urinary incontinence and uterine prolapse were compared before and after intervention. Results After 2 weeks and 4 weeks of intervention, the pelvic floor muscle strength score of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After 2 and 4 weeks of intervention, the improve-ment of sexual function in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of urinary incontinence and pelvic organ prolapse in the study group was lower than that in the control group after training(P<0.05).Conclusion Starting pelvic floor rehabilitation training as early as possible after delivery can effectively promote the recovery of pelvic floor muscle strength and improve sexual function, reduce the incidence of complications such as urinary incontinence and pelvic organ prolapse, and im-prove the life quality of puerpera. It is safe and reliable, and worthy of clinical promotion.
