The application and role of follow-up work in the management of hypertension in community
Objective To understand the application and function of health management follow-up work in the management of pri-mary hypertension,and to further improve the attention of primary medical staff to follow-up work in order to better control hyperten-sion.Methods The follow-up data of patients with hypertension in this area from January 2020 to December 2020 were collected,and the data of 20,727 subjects were included for analysis.Patients with hypertension were followed-up by telephone,outpatient and family follow-up.A total of 80,708 follow-up records were statistically analyzed by SPSS 23.0 software.Results According to the Na-tional Basic Public Health Service Standard(Third Edition),93.26％of the patients received four follow-up visits from community doc-tors from January 2020 to December 2020.There was statistical significance between the number of follow-up visits and the standard of blood pressure(P＜0.05).The main follow-up methods were telephone follow-up,outpatient follow-up and family follow-up.Con-clusion The follow-up work is very effective for the control of hypertension.The primary medical staff should pay enough attention to the hierarchical management of hypertension and further strengthen the education and management of patients with hypertension.
