ICU护士对谵妄知信行现状调查及影响因素分析

摘要
目的 调查分析新疆地区三级医院ICU护士对谵妄知识、态度及行为现状及影响因素,为临床早期筛查、病情观察及制定相关培训计划提供参考和依据.方法 选取2022年7-8月新疆地区三级医院在职ICU护士为研究对象,采用自制谵妄知信行调查问卷进行在线调查,了解其认知实践现状及分析影响因素.结果 回收有效问卷495份,有效回收率91.2％.调查对象客观题成绩良好者占47.9％,谵妄认知、态度、行为得分分别为(24.32±6.17)、(37.20±5.42)、(22.29± 3.95),分别处于中等、良好、中等水平.结论 新疆地区三级医院ICU护士对谵妄认知知识水平和行为水平一般,态度水平较好,教育相对缺乏,应提高临床护士对谵妄的认知和重视,尽早改善患者临床结局,提高生活质量.
Abstract
Objective To investigate and analyze the current situation and influencing factors about the knowledge,attitude and behavior of ICU nurses on delirium in tertiary hospitals in Xinjiang region,so as to provide reference and basis for early clinical screen-ing,disease observation and relevant training plan.Methods In-service ICU nurses at tertiary hospitals of Xinjiang region were se-lected as the study subjects from July to August 2022,and self-made questionnaire was used to conduct an online survey to understand their cognitive practice status and analyze the influencing factors.Results 495 pieces of valid questionnaires were collected,with an effective recovery rate of 91.2％.47.9％of respondents had good scores on objective questions,and the scores of perception,attitude and behavior were(24.32±6.17),(37.20±5.42)and(22.29±3.95),respectively,which were in the medium,good and medium level.Conclusion The level of knowledge and behavior of ICU nurses at tertiary hospitals of Xinjiang region is ordinary,the level of attitude is good,and the education is relatively poor.It is necessary to improve the cognition and attention of clinical nurses to illusions,improve the clinical outcome of patients as soon as possible,and improve the quality of life of patients.
