Investigation on the status quo of knowledge and behavior of ICU nurses in delirium and its influencing factors
Objective To investigate and analyze the current situation and influencing factors about the knowledge,attitude and behavior of ICU nurses on delirium in tertiary hospitals in Xinjiang region,so as to provide reference and basis for early clinical screen-ing,disease observation and relevant training plan.Methods In-service ICU nurses at tertiary hospitals of Xinjiang region were se-lected as the study subjects from July to August 2022,and self-made questionnaire was used to conduct an online survey to understand their cognitive practice status and analyze the influencing factors.Results 495 pieces of valid questionnaires were collected,with an effective recovery rate of 91.2%.47.9%of respondents had good scores on objective questions,and the scores of perception,attitude and behavior were(24.32±6.17),(37.20±5.42)and(22.29±3.95),respectively,which were in the medium,good and medium level.Conclusion The level of knowledge and behavior of ICU nurses at tertiary hospitals of Xinjiang region is ordinary,the level of attitude is good,and the education is relatively poor.It is necessary to improve the cognition and attention of clinical nurses to illusions,improve the clinical outcome of patients as soon as possible,and improve the quality of life of patients.
