Effect of surgical guide plate combined with dynamic navigation implantation method on the implantation accuracy of mandibular posterior teeth area
Objective To explore the clinical application value of surgical guide plate combined with dynamic navigation implan-tation method in the implantation accuracy of mandibular posterior dental region. Methods A total of 60 patients who underwent man-dibular posterior dental implant restoration in our hospital from February 2020 to February 2022 were selected and divided into control group(30 cases,41 affected teeth)and observation group(30 cases,40 affected teeth)according to random number table method. The control group received surgical guide implantation, and the observation group received surgical guide combined with dynamic naviga-tion implantation.12 months follow-up was obtained to observe the operation and follow-up.Position deviation after implantation was measured. Results In this study, all 60 patients were followed up,and no adverse events or adverse reactions occurred during the op-eration.After oral examination, the appearance of the prosthesis recovered well, the stability was good, the occlusion was normal, and no adverse events such as peri-implant inflammation and loosening were found, and no obvious alveolar bone resorption was found. The stability, appearance and occlusion of the prosthesis were all normal after routine examination, with no adverse events such as alveolar bone resorption and implant loosening. The crown deviation, root deviation, angle deviation, horizontal deviation, depth error and paral-lelism after implantation in the observation group were smaller than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically sig-nificant(P<0.05).Conclusion The surgical guide plate and dynamic navigation implantation method can improve the accuracy of implant implantation in the mandibular posterior dental area and obtain the best accuracy.
