Effect of different posture management modes in posterior lumbar surgery
Objective To analyze the improvement effect of different postural management modes on postoperative pain and blood flow indexes in patients with posterior lumbar spine surgery. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the data of 100 pa-tients who underwent posterior lumbar surgery in our hospital from June 2019 to June 2021(for the convenience of comparison, the same number of patients in two different postures were included).Patients were divided into a control group(traditional angle,n=50 cases)and an experimental group(low angle,n=50 cases)using surgical angles. The VAS scores, lower limb venous blood flow indica-tors,and low back pain ODI scores before and after surgery between the two groups were compared. Results At 3 months after opera-tion,the VAS score and ODI score of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the reference group at the same pe-riod and before operation in this group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The improvement of blood flow changes of the left and right posterior tibial veins was significantly better than that of the reference group, and the difference was statisti-cally significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with posterior lumbar spine surgery, the application of low-angle postural man-agement mode can reduce postoperative pain, improve blood flow indicators, and improve lumbar spine function, which can be pro-moted.
