Application of ultrasound-guided core needle biopsy combined with CD34 immunohistochemistry labeling in the diagnosis of dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans
Objective To discuss the application value of ultrasound-guided core needle biopsy combined with CD34 immunohis-tochemistry in the diagnosis of dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans. Methods The pathological data and ultrasound examination results of 32 patients diagnosed with dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans through preoperative ultrasound-guided core needle biopsy and CD34 immunohistochemistry labeling were retrospectively analyzed, and compared the results with postoperative pathological results.Re-sults Among the 32 patients,30 were diagnosed with dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans by ultrasound-guided coarse needle biopsy and CD34 immunohistochemical labeling before surgery,1 patient was diagnosed with"tendency towards protuberant skin fibrosar-coma",and the other patient was considered"mesenchymal tumor, fibrosarcoma cannot be excluded".The postoperative pathological results showed that 31 patients had dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans, and 1 patient had fibrosarcoma type fibrosarcoma. The coinci-dence rate between ultrasound-guided coarse needle biopsy combined with CD34 immunohistochemical labeling in the diagnosis of der-matofibrosarcoma protuberans and postoperative pathological results was 93.75%(30/31).Conclusion US-CNB combined with CD34 has a high coincidence rate in the diagnosis of dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans, which was of great clinical value.
