Analysis of the effect of perioperative motivational nursing intervention model on patients undergoing knee unicompartment replacement surgery
Objective To analyze the application effect of perioperative incentive nursing intervention mode combined with dam-age control in patients undergoing knee joint single ankle replacement surgery.Method 140 patients with knee joint lesions who un-derwent knee single ankle replacement surgery and received treatment from August 2019 to August 2020 were selected as the research subjects. They were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group, with 70 patients in each group. The control group received routine nursing intervention, while the experimental group received perioperative incentive nursing intervention.Compare the emotional state, postoperative pain score, and treatment status of two groups of patients before and after nursing care.Result Before the surgery,no significant difference was found in the emotional status of the two groups of patients(P>0.05).After the surgery, the experimental group of patients had significantly lower scores on the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)at different time periods of 3,6,and 9 days compared to the control group(P<0.05);After nursing, the pain scores of the experi-mental group patients were lower than those of the control group at different time periods of 3,6,and 9 days after surgery(P<0.05);Af-ter nursing, the surgical time, bleeding volume, and incidence of postoperative complications in the experimental group were signifi-cantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of motivational nursing intervention mode during the perioperative period in patients undergoing knee unicompartment replacement surgery can improve negative emotions, alleviate pain, shorten surgical time, reduce bleeding, and lower the incidence of complications, with good results.
