Research and application of peripheral acetabular fracture based on 3D printing technology
Objective To observe the application value of intraoperative guidance device based on 3D printing technology to guide periacetabular channel screws in the treatment of acetabular fractures.Methods The 108 patients with acetabular fracture from March 2019 to January 2021 were divided into control group and study group according to random number table method,with 54 patients in each group.The control groups were treated with traditional surgical treatment and the study group guided peripheral acetabular chan-nel screws based on 3D printing technique.All patients were followed up for 6 months.Perioperative indexes,fracture reduction effect,hip function and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time and total hospital stay of the study group were shorter than those of the control group,and the intraoperative blood loss,intraoperative fluoroscopy times and postoperative drainage volume were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The fracture reduc-tion effect of the study group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At 6 months follow-up,the hip function scores of both groups were higher than those before surgery,and the hip function scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total complication rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In pa-tients with acetabular fracture,intraoperative guidance device based on 3D printing technology to guide the periacetabular channel screw treatment can shorten the operation time,reduce the amount of bleeding and perspective times,improve the effect of fracture re-position and hip function,and reduce and occur.
